At Coffeesouks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable coffee products (beans, ground coffee, capsules) cannot be returned once opened.

• Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.

2. Returnable Items

• Coffee machines, grinders, accessories, and unopened sealed products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

4. Vendor Products

For marketplace/vendor sales, refunds may be processed by the seller directly. Coffeesouks will mediate disputes where necessary.
