At Coffeesouks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable coffee products (beans, ground coffee, capsules) cannot be returned once opened.
Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.
2. Returnable Items
Coffee machines, grinders, accessories, and unopened sealed products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
4. Vendor Products
For marketplace/vendor sales, refunds may be processed by the seller directly. Coffeesouks will mediate disputes where necessary.
