Over 10 years ago, Nancy Hernandez visited Carrboro, North Carolina to learn as much as she could about coffee. Today, she owns multiple cafes in Honduras, and exports specialty coffee from her four-acre farm to the world!
By working on a smaller scale, Nancy has been able to produce high-quality micro lots that are carefully cultivated. Nancy continues to expand her expertise and work on the farm, with the help of her family; passing down her knowledge to her daughter.
