Messages: what you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or the chat assistant on our site.
Rewards and reviews: your points and rewards activity, and the reviews, photos and questions you post.
Browsing data: information about your device and how you use the site, collected with cookies.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, and to call you about them.
To run your account, the CoffeeSouks Rewards program and product reviews (for example, asking you to review a product you bought).
To send you news and offers by email, only if you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.
To improve the site and protect it against fraud and misuse.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf.
Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
Whish Money, when you pay with Whish.
Service providers that send our emails and run the chat assistant (which uses an AI service to answer your questions; please don't share sensitive information in the chat).
Analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, to measure visits and show relevant ads, where you allow these cookies.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies that the store needs to work (for example, your cart and checkout) and, where you allow them, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is open and as needed for orders, accounting and legal obligations.
